主讲人简介:
Bo Li is currently an Assistant Professor at PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University. Bo received her Ph.D. in Economics from Queen’s University in 2013. She also held M.A. degree in Economics from University of British Columbia in 2006 and undergraduate degree (with highest distinction) in Economics from University of Western Ontario in 2005. She worked at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. on reverse mergers in Washington, D.C. in 2007; and at the Embassy of Canada on multilateral trade policies in Washington, D.C. in 2008. Her research interests include empirical corporate finance, political economy, and corporate bankruptcy, with a focus on Chinese anti-corruption, bankruptcy law, and government policies in China. Her recent work examines the effectiveness of the Chinese anti-corruption campaign on credit reallocation from SOEs to non-SOEs. She currently works on bankruptcy reform in China. Her work has been presented in many leading conferences such as the SFS, NBER, CICF and etc.
